Car Transport Options
| Between the pick-up location and the stated destination on the auto transport order contract, the carrier and driver are both permitted to operate and transport their motor vehicle.
| Carrier cargo insurance usually costs $100,000 to $250,000 per shipment, with at least 3/4 million dollars in public liability and property damage coverage. All claims must be recorded and signed for at the moment of delivery, and they must be filed in writing within 15 days.
| LUGGAGE and personal belongings must be kept in the trunk, with no heavy things exceeding 100 pounds. Carrier is not responsible for vehicle damage arising from incorrect or excessive personal item loading.
| The prices indicated are exclusively for payments made in cash or verified money. If the client pays in full using his credit card, a 7 percent fee will be added to the final payment. You must pay in full with a credit card before you can pick up your order. Unless your location has restrictions, pick-up and delivery are done from your front door. Pickups by appointment are available for an additional fee, utilizing smaller unrestricted vehicle carriers.
| Vehicles must be in good working condition and have less than half a tank of gas when delivered to the carrier. Carrier is not liable for damage caused by leaky fluids, freezing, exhaust systems, or improperly fastened antennas. Any claim for loss or damage must be recorded and signed on the condition report at the time of delivery.
| If a carrier is sent and the vehicle is not ready as stated by the shipper, there will be an extra $75.00 rescheduling charge. If the shipper is unable to pick up or transfer the cargo, Conyers Autos LLC must be notified, and the shipper must nominate another person to act in his or her place. If a vehicle becomes unavailable for whatever reason within a stated pick-up window after an order has been made, Conyers Autos LLC has the right to cancel it without compensation.
| Conyers Autos LLC guarantees to offer a carrier as quickly as possible to transfer your vehicle per your specifications, but it cannot guarantee an exact pick-up or delivery date. Cancellations made less than one week before the planned pick-up date will incur a $200 administrative penalty. Conyers Autos LLC offers no promises regarding paying for your rental car, and it will not be held responsible if any of your vehicle’s technical or operational components fail.
| A non-operational penalty of $150.00 will be imposed on all cars that are not in use. This will be taken into account when calculating the final Conyers Autos LLC quotation. This fee will be applied to the original estimate if the vehicle fails to start while being transported.
| For cars transported to Conyers Autos LLC, the shipper undertakes to pay the agreed-upon amount and not to charge the credit card. The terms and conditions of the carrier’s and the standardized straight bill of lading, both of which are accessible at the carrier’s office, apply to this agreement and any shipment made in compliance with it. This agreement supersedes all prior written or oral representations made by Conyers Autos LLC, and it is the complete agreement between the shipper and Conyers Autos LLC. It may only be changed if a Conyers Autos LLC officer signs it in writing, and he or she has the authority to withdraw the order at any time.
